This Is Roma Ristorante, We invite you to #ExperienceSensational at this Italian Eatery in Bethlehem PA.




I was in Bethlehem for my daughters wedding and as I was out and about, felt a bit hungry and
happened to be in front of Roma Ristorante, so I decided to try it out...Glad I did

This is great Italian food and they make their own pizza dough and for those who are gluten free, Roma offers, gluten free pasta for you. For those of us who are gluten-full you will love the entire menu.

I started with a half wedge...Iceberg, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, applewood bacon, gorgonzola, blue cheese dressing...Perfect.

Entree, PastaGarlic and Olive Oil, Sautéed in garlic, EVOO, butter...Amazing, this is the way Aglio e Olio should taste and you will need breath mints.

My wife loves eggplant and orders it everywhere and this night the streak continued Eggplant Rolatini Rolled and stuffed with ricotta, baked in pomodoro sauce and mozzarella. 
Her comments, "One Of The Best Anywhere". Susan Berman is the owner of Berman Travel a national travel company. Susan has traveled the world and loves Italy especially the Amalfi Coast and visits often, to eat.

There is a bar (We enjoyed the ChocoMartini and Sangria)  the portions are very generous and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pennsylvania and MADRID (May 17, 2018) – Apple Leisure Group (ALG) and NH Hotel Group (NH) today announced that the companies have formed a strategic alliance to bring AMResorts’ award-winning brands to Europe.
An ALG company, AMResorts will debut in Spain with its Secrets Resorts & Spas adults-only brand, and Dreams Resorts & Spas family-friendly brand, as well as introduce Amigo Hotels & Resorts, a new three-star brand offering a concept completely different to the collection’s existing offerings. AMResorts will oversee brand management and sales while NH will maintain operational management of the resorts. The first four hotels in AMResorts’ European portfolio are slated to open in Spain in 2019.
“Spain has an abundance of beach and leisure destinations as well as one of the strongest all-inclusive resort markets outside of the Caribbean,” said Alex Zozaya, CEO of Apple Leisure Group. “NH Hotel Group’s expertise in Europe made them the right partner to introduce AMResorts’ brands into the continent’s Mediterranean countries, with Spain as starting point of this strategic project.”

A Strong Partnership
The expansion into Europe marks the next phase of a long-standing partnership between AMResorts’ and NH, which began in 2011 when the companies established a similar model to open three resorts in the Dominican Republic.

Tropicana’s new restaurant in The Chelsea Tower welcomes guests to an eclectic dining experience focused on locally sourced seafood and handcrafted classic cocktails paired with panoramic ocean views visible from every seat in the dining room and from the adjacent Terrace Lounge — serving rooftop outdoor dining.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (May 15, 2018) - Tropicana Entertainment Inc. (OTCQB: TPCA) (“Tropicana” or the “Company”), a majority owned subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P. (NASDAQ: IEP), has announced that the  “window-shop” period provided for in the merger agreement signed in connection with the merger of Tropicana’s gaming and hotel operations into Eldorado Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERI), and the related sale of Tropicana’s real estate to Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLPI), expired at 6:00 p.m. (New York City time) today.

Pursuant to the merger agreement, during the period from April 15, 2018 until the expiration of the “window-shop” period, if the Company received an unsolicited acquisition proposal from a third party that the Company’s Board of Directors determined in good faith constituted or may have resulted in a superior proposal, then the Company would have had the right to provide information to, and participate in discussions or negotiations with, that third party and,  subject to the terms and conditions of the merger agreement, terminate the merger agreement. The Company did not receive any proposals or requests for information from third parties during the “window-shop” period.

In addition, Tropicana also announced that it has received the required approval of the transaction by its stockholders, which was effected through the written consent of American Entertainment Properties Inc., a significant stockholder of the Company and a subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2018, subject to receipt of required gaming approvals, termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and other customary closing conditions. The transaction is not subject to any financing condition.

SILVERSEA CRUISES ORDERS SILVER DAWN FROM FINCANTIERI

Monaco/Trieste, May 14, 2018 Silversea Cruises has awarded Fincantieri with an order for another ultra-luxury cruise ship, with delivery scheduled for Q4 2021. The contract is valued at over €320 million.

Named Silver Dawn, the new vessel will be a sistership of Silversea’s flagship, Silver Muse, which was launched from the Fincantieri shipyard of Sestri Ponente (Genoa) in April 2017 and was welcomed with great acclaim by guests. Silversea has therefore committed to constructing a new ship that will share Silver Muses ultra-luxury qualities.

The order of Silver Dawn comes just months after the cruise line signed a contract with Fincantieri for the construction of Silver Moon, another sistership to Silver Muse, which is due to be delivered in 2020. Part of the cruise line’s expansion plan, the fleet’s eleventh ship - the third ship in the Muse-class series - will strengthen the strategic musification of Silversea’s fleet.

Silver Dawn will benefit from the same sense of intimacy and spacious all-suite accommodation options that characterise all Silversea vessels. Providing superlative comfort and an enhanced onboard experience, she will unlock authentic travel experiences for Silversea’s discerning guests in the world’s most spectacular destinations.

Following the extraordinary success of Silver Muse, we are delighted to announce Silver Dawn as the eleventh ship to join the Silversea fleet,” comments Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio, Silversea’s Chairman. “Silver Dawn will bear the same hallmarks of quality that guests currently enjoy on our 6-star ships.
