The large selection of mouthwatering culinary offerings at the Capriccio Sunday Brunch buffet are diverse and you will find yourself saying WOW to the vast amount of choices.

The staples are featured, meat, fish chicken and a raw bar. Various condiments and favorites including sushi, maple bacon, sweet sausage, blintzes, salmon and an assortment of bread. What draws me back are the offerings that change. On my last visit I enjoyed the Korean ribs, general chicken, chocolate raspberry crepes and lamb to name a few. Don't forget to leave room for dessert that includes bananas foster and a nice assortment of pastries.

Also, ask your server for made to order eggs benedict, mimosas and bloody mary's also included.

Reservations are suggested as most weeks they are capacity. Arrive a bit early and enjoy a cocktail at Cielo Wine Bar served up with a smile from bartender supreme Ulysses and backing him up Ray.

Capriccio is also recipient of Wine Spectators Award of Excellence 2017 and 2018.

In 2018 Capriccio won The USA Today's readers poll "10Best" for "Best Casino Restaurant in America"

Kudo's to Chef Lisa Fortunato, her amazing team and Resorts V.P. Food and Beverage, Edward Batten for their culinary achievements.

You will fall in love with the Capriccio team starting with Matre'D, Jorge, hostess Elvie and a team of servers that can't do enough for you...That's The Resorts Style.
